This may seem an odd review, because I've never used their services, but you need to know who you're dealing with. A failed strap made one of their restrooms fall off the trailer right in the path of my Tesla. The driver was professional and courteous about it, and the management at Rocket paid for the repairs and my rental car without hesitation. So, at least, you can contract with this company knowing that you're dealing with honest professionals. Less

Everything was amazing. The staff was helpful from start to finish. Had many conversations and quotes from company's and they were by far the best. We used the two-stall trailer for our outdoor wedding, and it was perfect. Will definitely used them again. Less

We rented a Portapotty and a Sink Unit during November 2020. I would recommend their services because of their reliability, good communication and fair prices. The reliability attribute is the most valued to us since we needed the rental ASAP. The first company we chose did not deliver and also made failed promises. Rocket Restrooms were able to drop off the rental on the day they scheduled. This company is easy to work with and also great at communication. When the driver arrived he called me to coordinate exactly where I wanted it. Also Jared who set up the rental was very helpful and gave us all the options and prices. Very very frustrated, had a memorial service for my deceased father. Scheduled for a unit to be delivered and paid in full. Very Next day it looked like it was going to rain, called and cancelled the service. Mind you it was even more than 10 days before event. Was told I would receive my full payment back. I was only refunded half of it and then told they charge half to book $770 and I wouldn’t be receiving the other half. Total was over $1500 😡😡. Nothing anywhere indicates this information nor was there any contract. Will be going to small claims for the remaining. Absolutely ridiculous and bad business practice. My company was throwing an event, and because we work around other business offices, our event was going to distract other businesses. So I was in need of some kind of fencing with mesh to keep our event private and not disrupt the local businesses. When I called Rocket, to get a quote on fencing, they were totally professional. They also made suggestions on how to improve the event and also informed me that I could get toilets, sinks and hand sanitizers all through them as well. They came within the agreed upon window time and were fast and efficient. It almost seemed that they provide just about whatever I would need. I also rented their VIP unit and they even provided an attendee to maintain the VIP unit while the event took place. Hands down a full service Service provider. I definitely recommended them to my other businesses vendors and contractor friends of mine. They too felt the quality of services and prices were fantastic. I had a party a few weeks back and at the last minute realized i needed a potty so there weren't 100 people going in and out of mine. I called 3 companies on a saturday and they all went straight to voicemail. Rocket restrooms picked up and delivered a toilet within a couple of hours. 4 hours later i recieved a call from another company for almost double the rate that i was charged. Not going to mention the other companies name but I would highly reccommend this company. Less
