We took our three long haired cats for a full spa day with lion cut. It was their first time being groomed and they did great. They look amazing and came home in a relaxed state. We are so grateful.

Staff is always caring. They were able to get me in last minute and always a great job for my baby. Also they have a great turn around time. My baby is not there all day. Usually 1 and a half hours.

I moved here a couple years ago. Had to find a groomer for my 4.5 pound toy poodle. After a couple of disastrous groomer who didn’t have a clue how to groom a poodle I found As The Fur Flies. Morgan did an incredible job grooming my little dog! She knew exactly what to do! Will never go anywhere else. South Austin location! We love Morgan!!

I absolutely love everything about As the Fur Flies! My dog looks forward to his monthly groom and I know I am leaving him in good hands when I drop him off! I love the quiet waiting area and the fact that he is excited to go in is a huge win since he is a pretty anxious dog! I recommend this company for you grooming needs they are fabulous!

Christie has done such a great job with our sweet Zuzu. He was found living on the streets in San Antonio, which is unusual for a standard poodle. He was picked up by Animal Control and was on the euthanasia list. We found out about him and now he’s been a member of our family for a year. Christie has shown such patience with him and always does a beautifully job! We are so glad we heard about As the Fur Flies!

Holly groomed my girl today, Clementine. We just moved from Colorado. Clementine is a rescue and has some anxiety. Holly was great, quick, and kind. Clementine came home adorable and happy. That’s the best I could ever ask for!

I’ve been coming here for years after an unfortunate experience at another grooming location. The entire staff is friendly and happy to see me and my dog (and the feeling is mutual!). The quality is high and consistent, and I love that they go the extra mile for my dog’s comfort.

Really frustrated. I've been working to manage my dog's (French Brittany) coat and keep it healthy. I've run into a few problem areas that I don't know how to address. Mainly "spaniel fluff" down her legs and around her hind quarters and a few areas where I can't get her coat to lie flat.This place was recommended by someone I met at a local sporting dog group. When I booked the appointment I explained that I didn't know exactly what service was needed and would like to speak with a professional groomer and see what their recommendation was. I was told that they would book me for a "deluxe bath" but the groomer would take a look at her and tell me what they thought she needed.When I arrived on time for our appointment this morning it was clear the groomer had little interest in talking to me or really looking at my dog. I was told that we booked a bath and that's all there would be time for today. If I wanted a full groom I could book it after the bath. I asked if she thought a full groom was needed and she simply said not really. She said that I could add a deshedding treatment to the bath and that would probably take care of most of it.30 minutes later I get a text that my dog will be ready for pickup in 15 minutes.Absolutely nothing I asked about was addressed. Which I suppose is no surprise since I clearly wasn't listened to in the first place. The only difference in my dog's coat is that now it smells like bubble gum or something. I even asked if the deshedding treatment had done anything and was told not really, that it appeared I had already gotten most of it. Still charged the extra though of course.Really what I wanted was advice from a professional about taking care of my dog's coat and I would have been happy to pay for it. You won't find any of that here. No different than a bath at a Petco only twice the charge.
