I recently had an incident where someone broke the side window on my suv while it was parked at a hotel for a week while I was on vacation. The first company I had scheduled had to cancel for a family emergency. They recommended that I contact the Glass Group NC. I called and explained my situation that I needed the repair early the next morning (I was calling from the airport on my way back). They were prompt and super accommodating. The service tech was so kind, worked quickly, and even vacuumed the glass out of the seat so my friend could sit there for the ride home. The work was done to perfection. We used Glass Group NC after our windshield was shattered over the weekend. We had originally scheduled with Safelite, however it was going to take them over a week to get the job done and our car was not drivable due to the damage. Glass Group was able to replace our windshield the very next day after contacting them. They arrived at 8 AM and had the job done by 10 AM. They were professional, timely and did a great job on the repair. Would highly recommend for anybody needing glass repair.

Joe did a great job. Communication was timely and he was very professional. I appreciate him making time to get our windshield replaced quickly. Hopefully we won't need another windshield soon but if we do then we'll call Joe!
