Last summer our mortgage term was coming to end, so we started the renewal process with our bank a month and a half in advance. We were assigned a mortgage agent who proved to be exceptionally useless. He did our appraisal the day before our term was ending. So our mortgage lapsed and we ended up in an open term at 10%. His “professional” advice was to take the lowest offer. Desperately we turned to Melody with little to no time. She had our mortgage figured out in 24 hours. Decent rate, good lender and she managed to roll our debt into our mortgage(bank told us this was not possible). Clear communication the entire time. We recommend Melody 10/10 times. She was incredible to work with and is very knowledgeable. She saved us!!
