Started this journey in Feb 2026 and I can not thank Tassos enough. He has taken time and care to build us with strength from inside out. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a personalised approach. Super comfortable with small groups of 2-3 only. Did the 6 week programme and kept on monthly. So glad I started and now won't stop.

I’m very happy with this gym. The trainer creates individual workouts based on my needs: not too hard, but definitely not too easy either. I started feeling the results very quickly — both in my body and in how I feel overall.The atmosphere is really pleasant and supportive. This is the first gym I actually enjoy going to, not forcing myself 😄 Highly recommend!
