I'm buying my first home and I picked a century home. I was nervous about any problems that might exist that I'm not knowledgeable enough to figure out. That's when I saw a review on Reddit for these guys and I'm really glad I went with them!Michael Schejbal was our inspector. He was real thorough, patient enough to answer any questions I had, and was a real nice guy all around. I now have a detailed report so I can plan in what order to get things done around the house and feel real confident in our purchase.I will definitely be going with these guys again if I needed to in the future!

Frank inspected two homes for my husband and I. He saved us from a minimum of $100,000 in repairs on the first home, which we had fallen in love with and got emotionally attached to. Without his thorough inspection, we would’ve made a devastating financial decision. He wrapped up the inspection on the second home recently, and was just as patient, thorough and detailed as he was during the first inspection. I was very impressed with how everything was set up. Scheduling is handled entirely online, which made things easy. My local inspector, Vince, was by far the most thorough inspector I’ve ever worked with. He completed the report promptly, and the owner followed up with a meeting to walk through the findings. The entire process was completed within two days.
