I worked with Glen-Carl Dahlman, and he was great! We had some issues with scheduling but he was flexible and made it work. Charlie was also great to work with. They provided good insights into the condition of the condo I purchased and provided advice for a new home owner. 100% would recommend.

Vince and Frank were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Josh from Chicagoland Home Inspectors did a condo inspection for us and was very thorough and friendly. He allowed me to follow him throughout the inspection and answered all of my questions. He was also flexible with scheduling the inspection at a time not originally listed on their website scheduler. The report was delivered very quickly after the inspection was completed. Then I had a phone call with Charlie, the owner, to talk through the report, and he helped me understand the findings in the report and gave me his opinions on next steps for each. He also said he's always happy to have another call if I have additional questions in the future. I'm very happy with our experience --thank you!

i’d give more than 5 stars if i could. Vince Miller came out to inspect. he left no stone unturned. spent 3 plus hours meticulously inspecting our property. on the roof. in the attic. drone shots. exterior interior. you name it. the report was incredibly thorough with photos and advice document everything. they even schedule a review call with you post inspection. price was great around $500don’t go with your realtors “guy” call chicagoland home inspectors instead 10/10
