Eric helped solve a HUGE issue for us upon buying a new home that we didn't even know was electrical. I called High Line to install a foyer chandelier and to add and replace outlets/switches with smart ones. As he first came in, he noticed what we did, the smell of smoke. We had just painted the whole house, had full hvac and duct cleanings, and replaced insulation and still had faint smells of it. Eric knew it right away, it was nicotine buildup on the existing switches, outlets, and recessed lights. Granted, I now had to replace like 50 more switches and outlets than planned it was well worth it. Eric is very professional, clean, curtoues, and fair priced for extremely high-quality work. BTW, the chandelier was no easy task, but of course he did an amazing job. Less

He had a ton of ideas for the renovation, things we hadn't even considered and the final product was spectacular.He worked with the town inspectors to make sure everything was in order and to code, even working on pse&g's schedule for replacing our main breakers since they only allow a couple hours for the work.I would 100% recommend Eric for projects big and small. They have ranged from installing outdoor security lights and cameras; reviewing all of the electrical circuits in the house, installing new circuits to reduce an excessive number of outlets/lights etc. on any one circuit; as well as installing a complete new electrical service and panel. I went from a boring kitchen to one I don’t want to leave now! Eric put up lighting in my kitchen above and under cabinets and it makes me just want to hang in there now! The lights also have so many options with color and brightness as well as easy access using ur phone to set timers and Anything else I want. All around AWESOME! Service was great.
