I would give extra stars in this review if I could. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of instruction or the level of engagement and dedication of the instructors. From the design of the virtual training to the practical application on range day, this was one of the best learning and skills development programs I've experienced in a long time. Mike does an excellent job connecting with participants and adapting to their needs. He makes everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and capable without compromising the development of others in the class. Even if you dont wish to carry or have never handled a firearm, the knowledge and skills obtained in these classes are a must have for anyone. I hope to join more advanced training programs in the future.

Excellent personal instructional insights. Safety training was precise along with operation of range was spot on. Virtual training on Maryland law was well presented along with being very interactive. Been to other tactical training with other companies and Team Grizzly was by far the best.

Mike and Team Grizzly were responsible for my initial licensing and both my renewals and never disappoints. Always solid instruction/training and today was no different. In addition, after the formal training and qualification was finished, he always makes a point to bring in real world application. Today it was firing from concealment, something that would extremely helpful if you ever had role misfortune to have to defend your family in your house. Top notch training, quality instructors and a great atmosphere every time.
