Very nice people, punctual, and knew what to do. Very happy with them and grateful they are understanding. Will use them again.

I had the best service. Darrell came out and replaced my tankless water heater and now we have hot water again. Thank you for your professionalism and quick attention.

Matt and the crew at Otter are all honest guys that know what they are doing and don’t try to upsell or over promise - just honest advice and guidance at a fair price considering how responsive they are. They also check on after all is done - good work!

the guys with Otter Flood and Fire were amazing! despite the weather, an interfering neighbor, and permit issue, they got our house finished in record time, were helpful and professional, and just wonderful to work with! if we ever need repairs in the future, I know who we will be calling.
