I HAD A LEAK IN A SHOWERPAN IN MY UPSTAIRS BATHROOM, CAUSING WATER DAMAGE TO CEILING IN MY KITCHEN. SHON & THOMAS WERE QUICK, HONEST AND MADE THE PROCESS OF DEALING WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY SUPER EASY. ONE OR BOTH MEN WERE ON THE JOB EVERY SINGLE DAY SUPERVISING THEIR SUBS/WORKERS. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEY FINISHED FOR THE DAY EVERY SINGLE DAY. NO REMODEL/RESTORATION JOB IS EVER SUPER SMOOTH AND EASY & THERE IS ALWAYS THINGS TO WORK THROUGH, BUT IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN, I HAVE ABSOLUTLY ZERO HESITATION IN USING THEM AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM 100X OVER. OTTER FLOOD & FIRE YOU GUYS MADE A DISASTER INTO A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

I didn’t end up using this company for my home mitigation due to a bit of confusion early on, but I still want to share how impressed I was with their professionalism and kindness. Matt went above and beyond, he always answered my calls, took the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely tried to help in any way he could. It’s rare to find a company that’s this responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, especially when you’re dealing with a stressful situation.Even though they didn’t end up doing the work, their customer service and willingness to help truly stood out. I honestly wish I had gone with them, their professionalism and care are unmatched. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing mitigation services.
