Dr. B. and Alpha Osteopractic is my hero/lifesaver. I was in a bad car accident some 30+ years ago. Damaged my left knee, and after 4 surgeries I was told my next surgery would be knee replacement. I was in chronic pain 24/7 for a long time and had finally reached the point that I was considering the surgery. My wife suggested Dr. B and I’m glad I went. I am pretty much pain free now, except when I do something stupid! She has made it possible for me to sleep at night, walk normally and without a knee brace on! I’m able to ride my bicycle again, walk around the neighborhood, all thanks to her and the procedures she has done. I saw Brittney due to chronic hip pain that started during pregnancy. As an athlete o thought I could fix myself through stretching and strengthening but after 2 years there was no improvement and it was starting to affect my daily life. My husband saw Brittney for a different issue and spoke highly of her so I made an appointment. Brittney took the time to ask questions and get a good idea of what was going on. She went through different mobility exercises and worked on my hip with attention to detail and precision. I felt a huge difference after 1 visit and was highly optimistic that I could be fixed. After 2 more visits my hip is back to what it was before kids. I’m back to my favorite activities, yoga, running, lifting, calisthenics etc. I did my homework and worked on what she taught me which made the results even better. I would highly recommend her and she helped give me my favorite activities back. I would go back to her in a heartbeat with any other problems that may pop up in the future.

Although I had trained for the Half portion of the Wilmington Marathon since the last Battleship Half, I had a foot pain show itself on a light run two days before the race. With the limp I had, I was sure I’d have to scratch it a day before. All kinds of emotions in my thoughts. Dr. Brittany looked at it the afternoon before the race, applied needles, and e-stim’d my foot. I got up the next morning, and thought ‘this may be doable…’ Not only did I finish, but squeaked a Sub-2 hour half. I could not have done it without her treatment. I still have work to do but I was able to log #17 half marathon. I am sincere when I say this; thank you.
