Empower by Bella Ballet is a wonderful dance studio! The teachers are amazing and make every student feel comfortable and confident. Miss Hope and the Empower team put so much heart into all they do for the students, families, and community. They have created such a supportive and nurturing environment, one that promotes kindness and celebrates each child's individuality. My daughter has been dancing with the studio for almost 10 years (at Bella Ballet when younger and now at Empower) and has grown so much as a dancer. Empower by Bella ballet is the best studio a kid could ask for. I have danced here for going on 11 years and I couldn’t be happier. The teachers have so much skill and have a passion for teaching and dance. It gives us kiddos insanely good role models to look up to. I have grown so much in my years dancing her at Empower. Being on there dance team and competition team has given me friends for a life time, they are like my second family including all of my teachers. The studio space is so pretty and such an amazing space to dance in. The teachers build the best environment ever, I know that I can go to any of them with anything. When I started at Bella Ballet I was the quietest most shy person people knew but being at Bella Ballet and now at Empower has grown my confidence and I am no longer the quiet person I used to be. Dance recitals are so well-organized. Love this, and you will deeply appreciate this if you have been a client at other local dance studios. Yes, that's a bit of shade I dropped;) I love the GIRL POWER, body positivity, dance because you love it and not because you have to be perfect vibes. I appreciate that it's an inclusive and diverse dance studio. Did we find a unicorn? Yes, yes we did. We are so grateful for this bright spot in the DMV. We don't live in Gaithersburg, but it's worth the drive, and it’s a long drive! I also love the camps, that are infused with all of the positive vibes mentioned above. All I can say is that this dance studio is nothing short of amazing. My daughter has been with them for 3 years and we see a total change in her confidence. The staff is so sweet and they are very patient, especially when it comes to children with special needs. On the day of the recital, I was amazed at how much they cater to the dancers such as making sure that they are taken care of, encouraging, and super supportive of both the dancers and parents.
