The counselors created a safe space where you can be open and honest without fear of judgment.The office itself is inviting and calming. Every detail makes you feel at ease. Scheduling is easy, communication is clear, and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel supported, not just during your session, but in between as well.If you are looking for a counseling office where you’ll be truly heard, encouraged, and guided with compassion, this is the place. I can’t recommend them enough!

These folks are terrific. I have watched and can measure my progress from the first appointment I had. They are easily the most supportive and interested professionals with whom I have ever worked. I couldn't recommend Connections Counseling enough!Kristen helped me through the darkest two years of my life and gently challenged me to face my anger and sadness and look on the bright side of life.What sets her apart, is that when she helped me slay my demons, she gave me the green light for this season of my life with a promise that she would always make time when/if I need help in the future. Good honest people are rare these days and she is one of them.

I reached out during a time in my life that I was new to therapy - specifically trauma therapy - and didn’t know where to begin. I had called around so many places, spoken to different therapists and was directed towards EMDR.From the very first call to Connections Counseling Center until today, I have nothing but the greatest things to say.Ashley, who took my call, could tell I was already emotional trying to navigate this new world. She was the KINDEST, SWEETEST and best person I could have connected with. (She wasn’t even the therapist!) I couldn’t honestly say enough blessings to explain what her kindness did for me that day, when I needed it most. She connected me with AllyRae.Ally has been such a positive experience for me. She welcomes me every session with the smile of a friend providing the comfort I need approaching topics I know we will discuss that will challenge me. She takes things at my pace, but provides such a comforting environment to trust she knows where to push and pull. I have appreciated her guidance and support immensely and couldn’t honestly say better things.If I went into even how much I love the comfort of their wait room and overall vibes - I’d definitely lose interest in reading this. I've been seeing Elizabeth for awhile now and I have really enjoyed every session with her. Therapy is hard. But Elizabeth creates a safe and non-judgmental space where I feel comfortable opening up about my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I leave each week feeling better after I have talked with her.

To say that Maria is an amazing therapist is an understatement! She has been so impactful on my healing journey and has helped me reflect and look at things that I have experienced or gone through in a way that is so gentle and affirming, while also pointing out ways for me to reframe my emotions and thoughts to better serve me! Highly recommend her…especially for eating disorder treatment, anxiety, OCPD or depression.
