As an occupational therapy practitioner, I spend my days helping others care for their bodies — but over time, work has definitely taken a toll on mine. On top of the physical demands of my job, being a mom of one and the changes my body went through during pregnancy — especially with posture and weight — have made it difficult to fully recover. I came in carrying a lot of discomfort and concerns.From the very beginning, Ms. Cindy’s warm hospitality stood out. I had to reschedule my initial appointment multiple times, and she was always so kind and accommodating. That level of patience and understanding truly made a difference.I deeply appreciate how Dr. Klosterman and Dr. Arino approach my case with such knowledge and professionalism. I expressed numerous complaints and areas of discomfort, and Dr. Klosterman was able to really break down (“chunk”) my concerns into a clear, organized care plan that felt realistic and personalized.I’ve been to several chiropractic clinics before, but this one truly stands out. The providers are thorough in their assessments and never rush appointments. They take the time to explain what’s contributing to the discomfort and tailor treatment accordingly.
