Iāve been going to Fighting Fit for about a year now and Iāve seen a huge improvement in my strength, fitness and confidence.After a bad leg injury a few years ago, getting back into fitness felt like a big step, but Fighting Fit has been brilliant. The trainers are great at adapting exercises when needed, BUT they still know when to give you a bit of a push! If youāre getting a bit comfortable, theyāll land over beside you with a heavier kettlebell or set of dumbbells. You might give them the side eye, but you know theyāre doing it for the right reasons!!Thereās a lovely atmosphere in the gym too. Everyone is friendly, supportive and thereās a great sense of camaraderie. I might whinge during the workouts now and then⦠but I ALWAYS feel better after them.I really appreciate the effort and energy the team bring. CJ, Sam, Peter, Brandon, Stephen - yous are all legends!Itās been a great framework for getting back into fitness and Iād happily recommend Fighting Fit to anyone.
