Fighting Fit

Around a year ago, before I joined Fighting Fit, I was incredibly obese and unhealthy. I weighed around 150kg. I ordered takeout at least 3 times a week, eating it practically every day. And I rarely went outside or did much of anything to lose weight. This was the case for me for several years at that point. I hated the way I was, but I was directionless and unmotivated on how to deal with it. I started to consider liposuction as an option, though I later found out that it wouldn't have been an effective solution. Then it was suggested to me that I should look into getting a personal trainer, and Fighting Fit was one of the first options that popped up, so I checked it out, had a live call with the staff a while later, and from that point I started going there at least once a week, with us keeping in touch about my progress and nutritional intake through the app.And now, a year later? I've dropped over 50kg and rising. Thanks to Fighting Fit, I've garnered a far greater understanding of my body and what I needed to do, giving me a motivation and desire to lose my weight, which is something I never thought I'd have. Because of them, I've started to walk for over 9km every single day, no matter the weather. I've stopped ordering takeout all the time, and instead started cooking my own food, tracking every single piece of it, keeping my calories low and protein high when I have the chance. It's gotten to the point that the staff has told me that I've gotten far bigger results than most other people. I'm only supposed to get a FF hoodie when I complete 100 workouts, but because I lost 50kg in about 50 workouts, I got one early. That's how dedicated I was, and how impressed they were. And I was blown back by the results, too. I was getting much stronger, I had way more energy and I could fit into much smaller clothes sizes. To think that, when I started, I weighed over twice as much as people my age should weigh, which is admittedly embarrassing. But due to FF's incredible support, I've been able to correct this mistake, and while I still have a long way to go, I have a clear and reachable path for it. I never thought I'd be able to make this much progress, and in not that much time, too. I initially thought that I'd only be able to reach 70kg right before the year ended, but I've been working so hard that it might happen a lot sooner than expected. And I have FF to thank for that. It genuinely saved my life.
