When water goes crazy in your house – call Dryworx. As an old lady dealing with a water catastrophe, it was a new experience and no amount of training prepares you. Your floors get pulled up, your kitchen dismantled, loud driers and dehumidifiers rattle your nerves. Just when you think you can’t take it anymore, in walks Harold Kaski. I seriously doubted my ability to survive this process without him guiding and smoothing the repairs to my humble abode. He general contracted the new floors, paint and trim as well as the insulation in the crawl space. He went extra-extra to get me through to having my home restored to a comfortable place. As I have zero future water problems planned for my future, I suggest you call Dryworx if you find yourself in need of some assistance when water goes crazy. Less

Our kitchen flooded, damaging the floor and ceramic tiles and the sheetrock behind the stove and lower kitchen cabinets. A total area of about 20 feet by 4 feet was severely damaged and had to be replaced, including the floor and walls, which required removal of the sink, dishwasher, stove and lower cabinets. I received a reference from the plumber who found and repaired the leaking pipe. Dryworx responded quickly and came out to assess the damage, traveling considerable distance from their offices to do so. This was the first homeowner's claim I have ever submitted and being with the same insurer for over 25 years, I thought the claim would go quickly. I was wrong! Initially the insurer denied the claim. However, after Dryworx gathered together information, including photos of the damage and the plumber's report, the insurer accepted liability. Once this was achieved, and it took six weeks before insurance approval, Dryworx began by ripping out the damaged areas, removing the cabinets and drying the surrounding timbers and joists. Dryworx then did an incredible job of coordinating the restoration work, including replacing the subfloor insulation, the floor, sheetrock, tile, plumbing connections and cabinets in an excellent manner. The floor and kitchen are beautiful again and I am impressed by the great communication and professional attidude of all of Dryworx' employees and their subcontractors. We needed their help, from start to finish, and Dryworx advanced our claim with the insurance company, and completed the process in an excellent manner.
