UPDATE: Purely performative response. The 48-hour window they promised below has come and gone with zero communication from a manager or representative. Still ghosted after paying in full. At this point, either reach out immediately to schedule the finish work you were paid for, or refund the portion of payment required to hire someone else to properly secure the caps. (To anyone reading this, I have to state this in my review because they ignore every other form of contact)The job was completed, everything looked good so we paid. A few days later a storm rolled through and blew every single fence post cap off (they were not glued/attached properly). We have reached out for months for them to come finish the job they were paid in full to complete, yet they have ghosted my texts and won’t answer my phone calls. I’m sure they have done fine work for others, but beware that you might get an incomplete job then get ignored once they have their money. This is contrary to a majority of reviews here which is why I was surprised when they ghosted me. Just make sure they do the work in full before you pay and they leave.

Thalis is so professional, personable and his work is impeccable. We love how our fence came out and can not recommend him more highly. He was so patient and accommodating while we had to work out the size and location of the gate our landscaper needed. If you read this review, look no further!

Thalis and Active Fence did a great job and at a very fair price. He is very up front about the grade of materials he used for our aluminum fence and he uses the good stuff. Some fence installers may try and pawn off low quality fence with customers being none the wiser. He quoted us quickly and came out the next week to do the job. Finished in one day, would definitely refer Active Fence.

Of all the trades I have hired over the years, Active Fence is the best! We needed a fence for our home in Silverleaf. The owner and installer was incredibly respectful, efficient, and responsive. The fence is perfect and he stands by his work. Pricing is competitive. I would not look anywhere else for a fence.

Thalis installed my custom fence and was supposed to come back later to finish the stain, but never followed through on his promise (not surprised). He also was supposed to fix my gate, but that never happened. I was left hanging. I am just simply seeking a return on my very large investment I put into Active Fence Services.

Had Active fence replace our rear white vinyl fencing with aluminum to better enjoy the preserve view. We are so happy with the result!The service we received was exemplary.The owner came out to do our estimate. He is really friendly and down to earth. He was also present and part of the actual work being done. Communication was always fast and easy. He provided documents needed to work with our HOA and was very patient with scheduling around the HOA process. Pricing was just as good if not better than other quotes we received. Fence looks great, the gate opens/closes perfectly. We love our fence. Would hire again!

I had the best experience with Thalis and Active Fence. They installed a wrought iron fence in the back yard and a white pool fence and gate in the front. They were timely, great at communicating and did great work. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fence contractor!
