The three staff members that have been at my house were professional, helpful, and courteous. They were all very patient answering my questions. One came to change the "phone line" unit since I had to switch to fiber optics and old alarm system didn't work with it. Before the new alarm system was installed , the company was thoughtful enough to send Frank to make the "phone line" unit switch. Today, John was here at least 3 hours installing the new system. He was efficient and made sure to clean anything that was necessary. He was very patient explaining how the new system works and made sure that I tried it and understood what to do. I have used Property Protection Consulting for almost a year and I am extremely satisfied with their services. They were very responsive to all my concerns at the time of figuring out what system I needed, setting up the hardware, and every other time I have phoned them with a question or concern. PPC is quite flexible in what level of protection you can choose. Their prices are good and the hardware is yours to keep. You can get a good discount if your sign up for 3 years, more for 5 years. I let the alarm go off by accident when I was still unused to the system, and a live person at PPC was immediately calling me. The system is easy to use, and I feel secure when I am away from the house- which is major! I looked at a lot of security companies, and I had three of them, in addition to PPC, come to my house (two of them did business nationally). I think PPC is the best one to be found. Less
