After several decades it was time to upgrade our home alarm system. While away during a blizzard, power was lost. I was not able to turn off the accompanying power loss beeping remotely. I was told erroneously beforehand by a company representative that this was not a problem. Ergo, we now have a new remote controlled system with all the beeps, bells, lights, camera, motion, fire detectors and whistles - literally. This is helpful to alert the plentiful wildlife on our property that they’re somewhere they shouldn’t be. Our tech was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful of our property and privacy. The office was also responsive when I had a question following the installation.
