Best Team In Charlotte. Allison and Scott truly showed why they are the best real estate team in Charlotte. They always give their honest opinions and have tremendous amount of experience and expertise. Their knowledge about the real estate market in Charlotte is seriously unmatched. One of my favorite things about Allison and Scott in this process was they believed in their skillset and they always gave us their honest opinions. One of the first houses we looked at I remember my wife Brittany and I were so excited and were so ready to put an offer on this house and before we did they came to us and told us “Honestly you guys deserve better and I absolutely know we can get you a better house within your budget”. Not only did they prove us right but they exceeded our expectations by finding us our dream home! We could have not asked for anyone else to be on our side on this journey. Scott has helped two family members and several of their friends sell and find homes. Our sale went smoothly from start to finish; and we had multiple offers above asking price after only three days on the market. We had total confidence in Scott's thorough market research, pricing advice and which improvements were most important to make our home sellable. His knowledge prevented us from overspending on unnecessary upgrades, etc.We never had to wait on him from step to step - never felt he was too busy with more profitable sales. Scott never went ahead of our thinking - he waited until all opinions were heard and we were all in agreement. He got four subcontractors who responded and scheduled immediately. Scott was ALWAYS available to answer any question, call or text. He is very polite and personable, extremely professional, and has a good rapport with other realtors. His staff is also very nice and easy to work with and also respond to texts and emails immediately. When we encountered a problem that threatened to delay closing, Scott personally picked up and hand delivered documents to closing attorneys so the buyer would not have to re-schedule her moving company!
