Extremely Disappointing Experience at Montclair Dental Spa A few years ago, I had a positive experience at Montclair Dental Spa and was impressed with the level of service. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with my treatment at that time. Fast forward to today, when I was finally in a position to move forward with all-on-4 zirconia dental implants. I reached out to Montclair Dental Spa again, hoping for the same quality of care. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I scheduled my appointment for 10:30 AM and arrived at 10:29 AM after driving over an hour. I was told I’d be seen shortly. By 10:45 AM, a new patient arrived for her 11:00 AM appointment and was asked to fill out forms, while I, an existing patient, had already submitted all the required paperwork. Around 10:55 AM, another patient arrived for her 11:00 AM appointment as well. By 11:05 AM, the assistant asked the front desk if I was ready. The receptionist confirmed I was, yet they proceeded to call the two other patients ahead of me. By 11:20 AM, I was still waiting. Frustrated, I told the receptionist that I was rescheduling my appointment because I had another appointment in New York at 1:00 PM, and I didn’t want to be late. I was incredibly disappointed because Montclair Dental Spa claims on their website that they treat every patient like family and offer "unmatched skills and service." My experience was the complete opposite. I called the office to express my concerns, and the receptionist apologized, asking if I would give them another chance. I declined. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy I experienced was unacceptable. In this day and age, this type of treatment should not be tolerated. I would not recommend Montclair Dental Spa to anyone looking for reliable, respectful dental care. If you value your time and expect to be treated with courtesy and most importantly respect, I suggest you do your research before choosing this office, especially if you are seeking specialized implant services. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I’ve never heard of a dentist who doesn’t take Medicare. I saw the commercial thought I would make an appointment after speaking to the receptionist I became disappointed knowing we have those type of dentist I truly didn’t know Medicare wasn’t excepted all over. So disappointing,.

I had a dental emergency over the weekend. I called on Sunday and they got to me right away, I described the issue, they made room on the schedule for sunday and assured me they would do what they could to help. When I got their, everyone was friendly, they examined the issue and treated me. All the while making sure it was as painless as possible. I definitely recommend and will plan on coming back for regular dental care.

Terrific cleaning at Montclair Dental Spa Veron a - Staff was welcoming and the cleaning was the best I ever had. My teeth and entire mouth felt so great. I would say efficient professional and happy the time spent at Montclair Dental Spa. Highly reccomend for deep cleaning

What an amazing experience. I am from London and I had a dental emergency. I googled Dentist in the area and Dr Moussa name came with very good reviews. I was a little esceptical at the beginning but I can say now that dental treatment in USA Is better than in London. Everyone was so professional and the treatment was estetically the best!

The Best Dentist ever. Dr Moussa helped me with my teeth he operated and made me smile again with confidence he went that extra mile to make me feel amazing about my appearance. Mimi has been more then Amazing she has gone out her busy schedule to accommodate me every time I needed something done or fix the unexpected with no hesitation at all she would fix it with a smile. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone who needs a transplant. I’m a very Happy Patient.

Let’s just say fear is what causes you not to invest in yourself and not make certain moves that you would want to the moment I walked into Monclair Dental Spa for the first time in my life I didn’t feel like a bill or a number They told me they would change my life and boost my confidence and they did exactly that they have a great deal of patience their staff is absolutely amazing thank you Mimi.
