The cleaning bee went the extra mile to help me find a second set of hands cleaning my house before the sale closed. Lilly was WONDERFUL! She came on time with a cheery disposition and a genuine willingness to help me with anything I needed. I had some cleaning products/solutions that I knew would maximize her efforts and the time we had, but she also came prepared with everything she needed to do anything I asked. I was a little nervous because my all purpose cleaner is very strong, even though it’s natural, and had the potential to ruin surfaces if she deviated from the instructions on how to use it. She followed instructions perfectly and truly felt like my second set of hands getting everything done to the level of clean I would expect from myself (I’m an extremely meticulous cleaner). Lilly was professional, had a great eye for detail, and helped me to breathe a little easier knowing I could focus on packing and trust that I wouldn’t need to redo anything or explain damage to the new owners (which has been the case with friend help and previous cleaners). I love that their regular cleaning service is flexible and can be cancelled or renewed at any time to fit my needs and my budget. From top to bottom, this company was a pleasure to work with and I will absolutely use them again.

Based on previous reviews I was excited to use this company for full clean of a rental unit. Scheduling an communication were great. The cleaning itself was very disappointing. Several areas completely missed and many of the surfaces that were cleaned were left with smudges and marks that could have easily wiped off. They sent out a second cleaner that missed several of the same spots. We paid $400 for what ended up being a 1-2 hour clean. We also left a $30 tip before we saw the results. When we asked for a refund so we could hire another company to finish the job we were only refunded $80. Disappointed is an understatement. We aren't complicated clients.

I don't usually utilize maid services and often feel self conscious when I find myself needing help with a clean reset, yet Randi from The Clean Bee instantly put me at ease. Randi was kind, friendly, thorough, and left my home feeling clean and smelling fresh. I literally felt my shoulders relax when I walked through after the service.I also loved hearing that The Clean Bee treats their employees well, which is why I don't mind spending a little extra to make sure I'm going with a local company. That being said, it was definitely affordable in my price range and well worth the cost.Thank you Randi and The Clean Bee!
