Great customer service to start — but then unfortunately everything went downhill.
I hired this company for a move-out clean on a 940 sq. ft. home with very specific cleaning requests. Two cleaners were sent out, and the total charge for the service was $500, with half paid upfront as a deposit.
After four hours of cleaning, I honestly could not identify a single room that appeared fully cleaned. There was an overwhelming amount missed or simply untouched. Walls, bathroom surfaces, ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, cabinets, countertops, and more were not just poorly cleaned — many areas clearly had not been touched at all.
I emailed the company with numerous photos documenting the condition of every room after the service. Because the clean was so incomplete, I had to hire another company last minute to finish the job before renters moved in.
My emails initially went unanswered until I mentioned leaving a review. I finally received a response stating they would not refund my deposit, but assured me they had “spoken with” the two cleaners involved.
This entire experience was extremely disappointing. I own two local rental properties and could have been a repeat customer using this company regularly. I understand that occasionally there may be employee performance issues, but a company’s true professionalism is shown in how they handle those situations. Unfortunately, the refusal to make things right reflects very poor business management and customer service.
I will be taking my business elsewhere.
