And over the course of many years I have been to over 5 different practices while living in different states. I have had so many different experiences with Doctors, staff and offices and none can compare. I can truly say that after my first visit I was blown away by the level of care, kindness, and attention to detail by all the staff. My appointment was by far the most thorough exam I have ever had! From the consultation, Dr exam, exceptional X-Rays , along with a report of findings, I knew I was in great hands! They truly care about each individual and getting to know you and what’s going on, but also getting to the root of the cause and finding a solution. I really believe that if I had had this level of care and thoroughness early on, it could have changed my life significantly and saved me from a lot down the road. I think if you just want casual care that is for a mild problem and you have a lot of patience, this could be a good fit. However, I would be terrified to let them adjust me with how little they paid any attention to me. One of my issues was knee pain and they never even had me remove a shoe to verify that the problem wasn’t coming from my feet. Even after prompting them, they had me keep my heeled boots on for my exam and X-rays… they said “it shouldn’t affect it too much” and soon after assured me they “measure to the millimeter”… if that’s true, they should take the time to work with the human body outside of things like heels or even shoes in general. The company seems focused on money and they have words like healing written everywhere to help you believe that it’s about more than money for them. If you give it a shot, pay attention while you’re in there. They will stare you in the eyes, but they still won’t give full comprehensive care. They might want to, but this is a cash grab company and they just don’t have any time, they are overbooked. Last thing… they really want to spread it out and make you pay so much for the initial appointment, then separately for a discussion of treatment, and then they will ask for money for treatment. Pretty expensive for such basic diagnosis. They also then say it will cost $10 to transfer medical records like X-rays. I’m not sure that’s legal, but I am definitely going to find out. I’d say, find a real chiropractor that has experience and time to examine you properly. Places like this are dangerous! You should be treated by one person, not a team of overworked doctors. Less

I found myself going back more frequently trying to get relief but feeling disappointed when it didn't happen. After I started coming to True North I've noticed long-term improvements. My right shoulder no longer cramps up when I'm having to write papers or type for a long time on the computer. I can stand/walk all day without my back killing me (apparently my shoes weren't the problem), and I no longer have to deal with the nerve pain that caused my shoulder to feel like the skin was sunburnt all the time. Dr. Josh developed a plan to help my spine function the way it should. By the second week of my treatment plan my pain subsided, my quality of sleep has improved along with my mobility. Even though I am not experiencing pain anymore I am happy to continue my treatment plan to increase the health of my spine and correct my underlying injury.
