We found Richard and his team really reliable and really listened to our vision when we wanted to extend our home, Richard was always at the end of the phone and when we needed to amend some ideas he was on it, would highly recommend ARC, you will not be disappointed

What an EXCEPTIONAL team. Richard, Joe and the team were highly recommended to us by our builder and structural engineer after being stung by an unqualified Architect. The team jumped on plans immediately following a very friendly meeting and managed to provide new drawings in as little as 4 working days from engagement. The knowledge behind this company is outstanding, it doesn’t just finish at design, they go above and beyond in ensuring drawings are compliant with a multitude of certified bodies, from fire safety, building control regs, local planning authorities, etc. For busy investors, Richard and the team take a huge element of the day to day stress away, they simply just get it. It’s an all round service from start to finish that dots all the I’s and crosses all the T’s. We were super impressed by the level of detail that goes into the design process, it’s astonishing how quickly any amendments or drawings get turned around in, which became a significant life line during our planning application. We cannot reccomend this team enough. The guys have become an fundamental part of our day-to-day extended team. Phenomenal service! Phenomenal people! Phenomenal design!

Damien and the team were very thorough in understanding our vision and GOT IT! They were quick to work, actioned any edits fast and weren't pushy when we asked for some time to think things through. I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of us, explain everything so simply to us and bring our vision to life. Thanks so much!
