Signed one year contract based off the great reviews. Waited few months and continued to see spiders. Wasn't happy with the quality of service. Getting a hold of them to cancel took some effort. Easy to call as a new customer but anything else good luck lol. Anyway I'm stuck with a 300 dollar cancellation fee. Just a warning for everyone else to be aware and if there's a way to try them out before agreeing to a one year commitment. My bug zapper does a better job.

Customer beware. I came home to find the wasp nests just as they were with wasps hanging out. Company insisted on taking my payment right away. They provided ZERO photos of work completion and now I know why. I've tried their phone number/messenger - calls and messages are not being answered. SPM, what did you just charge me for??? You took over $220 from my CC and the wasp nests are exactly the same as before you "came out and addressed it". I want my money back!!! And I will be reporting you to the BBB - shame on you!!!!
