Had a regularly scheduled appointment today and called to get an ETA on the technician. Based on my availability the customer service rep was able to connect with my technician and put me on his priority list so that I would not miss the appointment. My technician came and was courteous, knowledgeable, most of all dog friendly. He listened to a few concerns I had, addressed them, did his job and moved on. Appreciate the customer service and flexibility.

Chris Barber was absolutely wonderful! He was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful when we were dealing with an ant problem. He took the time to listen to our concerns, explain what was going on, and make sure we understood what he was doing and why. He was incredibly thorough and made us feel like we were in good hands from start to finish. It's clear that Chris truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. She is so thorough in her job and knows how to explain what she is going to do and when completed she reviews what she has done and says when she will be back to check on the progress .
