Very reputable, very honest and very good at what they do. They installed my roof in one day! The dumpster was even picked up by the end of the day. I couldn’t tell that anything had happened as everything was cleaned up perfectly when i got home! They removed two layers of roof before installing the new one! It is just beautiful and I highly recommend this company. They are fairly priced and do all the little things to make everything so easy for me!! We had extensive work done to our house in 2024 by Brandenberger Construction: new roof and siding, nearly all windows and exterior doors replaced, storm doors installed, gutters replaced, skylights removed, etc. The workmanship was excellent, the price was fair, and the time to completion was reasonable.Victor’s extensive construction knowledge and long experience were essential to the success of our project, especially in the planning stages. He advised us with making smart choices after considering the factors that were important to us.Victor is a prompt communicator who responds with appropriate urgency to text, email, and phone calls. When necessary, or upon request, he visits for face-to-face discussions.Victor spent time at the job site informing the subcontractors, inspecting their work, bringing urgently needed supplies, and confirming that we were satisfied. We often spotted Victor with a saw or hammer in hand. He made a point of introducing us to the job site supervisors of each trade in case we had any issues or questions.The subcontractors were skilled at their craft, punctual, polite, and respectful of our property. They were patient with our questions, addressed our concerns immediately, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. The carpenter was a true craftsman and artisan.No construction project goes flawlessly from inception to finish. There are always unexpected problems that occur or that are uncovered. Our project was no exception. As frustrating as these problems are, the important aspect is really the response and resolution that comes from the contractor. We went from an old single attached garage to a two car with an extra 6 ft side extension. New Black metal roof, gutters and gutter guards. Extension to our concrete driveway. An old outside door removed from laundry room and reframed for a window. New dry wall, plumbing and electrical was done to the laundry room. Victor was always in contact with us throughout the seven week process. He kept us informed daily of what to expect for that day or the next. Victor and his team players were always polite, cooperative and hard workers. I never once saw anyone just standing around, nor taking long breaks. No one ever smoked close to our home! The cost of this project was very reasonable compared to several other quotes. Especially, with the quality of materials and the near perfect finished project.
