I came across “Chosen Property Masters” as they were working on a Neighbor property. Caleb handed me a business card and identified himself and his business. I watched as they cleaned my neighbors gutters and the buildup they removed. I asked if they had time to work on my home and they did. My gutters were cleaned and sure enough, much buildup was removed. After the gutters, I asked them to clean my solar panels which they did. The solar panels were expertly cleaned. They now provide more power than before the cleaning. The staff of CPM are professional, knowledgeable and passionate about their business and respectful of my property. Chosen cleaned my windows (24) and solar panels (also 24) this spring. They had incredible attention to detail, cleaning the windows, screens and sills - and the solar panels - with deionized water, so no hard water stains. The windows haven't looked that good since they were new, and the solar power output is great! Of course, the price was very reasonable.
