Friendly and helpful staff who are willing to work with you. They genuinely know what they’re talking about, unlike some other body shops I’ve dealt with. What I appreciate most is that they don’t pressure customers into leaving five-star reviews or offer incentives for them. They simply let their work speak for itself. My son was in an accident 3 hours north in Chicago. Upon contacting Schultz, they immediately put a truck on the road to go get the vehicle and bring it back to Springfield. The work was impeccable as the vehicle looks brand new. The staff were responsive as we would check status from time to time and they would update us, give us target dates and the owner would go above and beyond to add his input and actually reached out to us on his own accord a couple times. There was a lot of damage initially and that vehicle looks incredible. This is the only place I would take my vehicle!! Outstanding service and attention to detail!!

My car looks better than new! I have used Schultz multiple times. Their quotes are accurate and all staff members are extremely friendly. After my car was in an accident they were able to communicate and negotiate with Progressive on my behalf. Process was smooth and hands off until my car was back in my possession. I felt they went the extra mile. Car was clean inside and out. It was done as quickly as possible and everything was well communicated during the time my car was being repaired. Will always recommend them for any service! I’m glad I was referred in their direction for a minor fix so I knew who to call when the damage was worse. They’re busy for a reason! Top notch and highly professional service.
