I'm so happy with the results I got for chronic tendonitis and heel bursitis. The treatments combined with the at-home strength training and stretches got back to where I was pre-injury. The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable.

I have been going to Dr. Andrew for many years now, before he opened Solace and I followed him here. I have always been one to try and let the body heal itself before taking any medication or surgeries and Dr Andrew is the perfect person to help with this approach. If I could have Dr. Andrew as my primary care Doctor, I would, he is that good.

I started going to Solace Chiropractic in Dec. 2023 for chronic back and knee pain. I thought I was just tense and maybe adjustments would help. I was sure he would refer me to a physical therapist for the knee, which has been an issue for around 10 years now. Dr. Andrew has relieved not only my constant pain in my shoulders and lower back, but also nearly daily pain I was experiencing in my ankles, wrists and knee. He has helped me resolve dizzy spells I have been having and I have not had a migraine once since I've been seeing him. This was unexpected and incredible since I have been on meds prescribed by my neurologist for a few years now. The migraines were increasing in frequency and as often as weekly some months. After a few weeks of adjustments, I came to realize that I had been in daily pain, I had just gotten used to it. As a busy parent and business owner it's easy to put myself aside, thus the 10 years of knee issues. My right knee has been swollen with fluid on and off for years. I had limited range of motion, I could not bend my knee more than roughly 90 degrees. I can now get my knee almost to my rear and I have not even started the exercises he gave me. The difference is already incredible and definitely unexpected. I can't wait to see what adding the exercises will do. I've since sent my husband, who is now being treated for recurring back spasms (aka throwing his back out) that he's had since he was a teen. He was able to give him instant relief and they have a treatment plan in place. I have even trusted him my children, which every parent knows is a very big deal. He was wonderful with them. He resolved my 13 year old son's headaches and educated him on prevention, he also resolved my 11 year old daughter's knee pain from gymnastics. She now requests to see him when she is hurting in any way, which is huge for her since she is very apprehensive of doctors and has zero pain tolerance (she associates all doctors with pain, so her fears are big). I am confident our family is in the best hands and I am so grateful to Dr. Andrew.

My husband and I had just moved to Fairport when I had a bout with Sciatica. I knew from past experiences I needed to find a good Chiropractor. We live in the Village and happened to walk by Solace . I walked into the office and was greeted by Dr.Andrew and his staff. They made me feel so welcome I made an appointment. The Sciatica was very painful and it was such a relief to see Dr.Andrew. I was not expecting anything more than what I’d experienced from the other good Chiropractors I’d seen in the past. Sometimes you get lucky. Dr.Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and has the ability to communicate effectively. I have a weekly appointment and there is never a time when I’ve left without learning something new. As a Senior I am very aware of the shifts in my alignment . I feel strongly this is preventative medicine.

Everyone at Solace Chiropractic is pleasant and accommodating .Kaitlin is an excellent technician for Softwave Therapy. Dr. Andrew is great at diagnosing your problem and giving you pertinent follow up exercises that really work. I have had these treatments on 2 occasions . Once for increasing hip pain and most recently for pulled groin muscle on left side. I experienced immediate relief for hip pain and completed the protocol. Groin pain relief was not immediate but Kaitlin got me up and moving. I have one more treatment and I am so much better and mobile. I would advise anyone at any age to visit Solace in Fairport for an assessment with Dr. Andrew. These treatments really work.

I am 72 and had osteoarthritis in both knees. Last year I had a knee replacement and am aware of the discomfort and long healing process with joint replacement.My chiropractor made me aware of SoftWave technology and I researched it and decided to try it on the other knee that was in line for replacement. I am very impressed with Softwave. My first treatment improved by pain by 50% and also my range of motion. With each treatment my pain and function improved and within 2 months my pain resolved and I have been able to continue to strength train and play paddle ball and participate in yoga class all throughout my treatment. If I would have seen an orthopedic specialist I would have been given a cortisone shot and physical therapy and my recovery would have been only partial and taken a lot longer. My mother has had similar results with her knee arthritis. She is 77 and was able to hike very challenging trails in a wooded area for 2.5 miles this weekend. She never would have been able to join us before her soft wave treatments. I am very thankful to Dr. Lazzaro and his staff!

My left shoulder had been chronically bound up for years limiting motion and enjoyment of many activities. This condition contributed to a cycle of painful mis-alignments in my neck and thoracic spine which Dr Andrew would successfully correct (but would need to do over and over again for years.) Over the last year I could not even get comfortable in bed no matter what position I tried. I decided to try soft wave treatments because I was alarmed that all of this would just get worse as I got older. After completing the course of treatments, I am so encouraged by my response. The left shoulder is definitely looser and my body feels more loose and peaceful overall. I am able to extend my left arm tight across the front of my body, something I cannot remember being able to do. I can also lift my left arm straight up instead of being unable to lift it higher than halfway up. Positioning of my limbs is more comfortable at night. Dr Andrew has recommended exercises that should further loosen my musculature now that soft wave treatments have promoted healing. I am very grateful to Dr Andrew for offering soft wave therapy to his patients and to Kaitlyn for making each treatment a professional and pleasant experience.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lazzaro for a few months now. The difference with my back pain is night and day. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes his time to understand what’s going on, and to show you how to correct your issue outside of the office. His goal is to get you to a point where you need to come in to the office less and less. I started off seeing him twice a week, and now I’m at once every two weeks. I highly recommend seeing him.
