A2Z ADUS has been awesome, and it seems anything I can think of is possible since I am a repeat customer and always pleased with the end product. For instance, we had been watching the stars and climbing onto our roof to see the view around our property, but realized it was a bit unsafe to be up there with a falling hazard. We asked Dan if he could build an attachment to the building. Before answering he came by to take a look, and ask us what exactly we had in mind. After hearing our goals and looking at the structure and flooring, he enthusiastically said yes and began drawing up plans and provided us with an estimate. The price was great, and moreso because he said he would overbuild it to make it super-safe and we could add more later. The result is awesome, and we enjoy the view from the deck all the time. I had the BEST experience with Dan and Steve. After spending 2 years wrapped up with another ADU builder in town that got too busy to complete my existing ADU permit process, Dan and Steve stepped in to save the day. They were able to provide me with a clear scope of work with pricing, walked me down to the city to pay my permit fees and were prompt and knowledgeable with setting me up for my city inspection. They kept it simple, and really eased my nerves. My project was probably further along than I had realized, but Dan and Steve took TWELVE days from start to finish to deliver me a fully permitted ADU! That probably would have taken my former contractor 2 more years! I'd have no problem hiring them to build an ADU from the ground up, and will be shouting them out to anyone who will listen.

I had Dan come out and bid an ADU for me on one of my rental properties. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about ADU's. We went through some ideas and a plan and he was very well versed on planning and had many great ideas. He also presented me with a quote and a scope of work in a very timely manner. Another thing I thought was very professional was his attention to detail in his score of work and setting the expectations up front as far as timelines and completion. I also had a chance to look at a few other jobs he has recently completed and they look great. I am going to using Dan on my project as he checked all the boxes when working with a contractor so far.
