Ray won my business on the first phone call. He walked me through the exact cost of multiple options instead of just telling me to come in for a quote. He had a ton of knowledge, down to knowing there was a JBL upgrade in early 2000s Toyota Highlanders and that it requires a separate wiring harness for head unit compatibility.Beyond helping me choose the right head unit and delivering a perfect install, he’s just a soulful, genuine person. I got great conversation and a real sense of community along with the work. Highly recommend.

I get told 3 hrs to do the work on the phone .I show up and tech guy says 3 1/2 hrs.. he talks to the owner and suddenly it's 4 hrs to do the work .. no thanks. Not good business practice. I'll go somewhere else that at least feels more honest and upfront

These guys are very unprofessional, they broke my car interior seals while doing fitting now my interior is not knocked fit they don’t have tools to open and they are scammers
