I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this company. I called and didn’t even leave a message-got a call back & thank goodness!I am a single mother who works in healthcare and has minimal knowledge about this process. Will was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very responsive! He stayed in close contact every step of the way-answered all of my questions and was very reassuring throughout. Not only was the service excellent but they over delivered on their product and in the timeframe that was promised! The process was quick & efficient. They took the time to clean up afterwards too-not to leave me a big mess. Plus, they were respectful of my lawn - not leaving their equipment/materials all over for an extended period of time.My house looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Paramount just finished replacing all our windows (23) and we are completely satisfied with the finished product. From the initial meeting where Will presented us a quote until the final installation day, the company met and surpassed all our requirements to include cost, communication, and expert tradecraft. Before reaching out to Paramount, we sought out 3 window quotes from “big name” companies. Paramount’s quote was by far the most reasonable by at least 10k. Additionally and perhaps the their best quality, other than great workmanship and ethics, was their willingness to adjust the project parameters as our needs changed. At risk of sounding cheesy, the level of customer service and craftsmanship is “Paramount”We reached out to Paramount to fix a hole in our roof, abate our asbestos siding, and install new siding. Given that we live in a competitive area where all contractors probably provide high quality work and products, what sets Paramount apart is their customer service and attention to detail.The crew working on our house was extremely professional. They answered every question and fulfilled all requests we had throughout the process. Although the crew was amazing and trustworthy, we had one of the owners come out to our house and give us an update on the progress everyday. Paramount was extremely communicative and flexible throughout the whole process.I can’t give them enough praise. If you need any work done on your home, give them a call before anyone else. The pricing is fair, they’re honest, they provide high quality service, and honestly are an unmatched company!

Just had my roof replaced and I’m extremely pleased with how the project went, start to finish. After I explained some of the issues with my existing roof, Will gave me different options I had to fix those issues and supplied me with estimates almost immediately. The work was scheduled quickly and the job was done in a day. The crew were efficient and very clean. I will be using Paramount again soon to have my gutters replaced.
