Here’s a clearer and more polished version of your experience:---I had a positive experience at Asuta Health. Although the initial evaluation was lengthy, it was thorough—and understandably so.For context, I went in to be assessed for possible peripheral neuropathy. While I had some reasons to suspect I might have it, the thermal scans revealed healthy circulation in both my hands and feet, which was reassuring.During the consultation, I shared my history of injuries and mentioned that I began following the Carnivore Diet in December. The doctor noted that people on this diet often lack Omega-3 fatty acids. I found that comment surprisingly uninformed. My diet includes Coho salmon once a week, grass-fed beef steaks, pasture-raised eggs three to four times weekly, and a daily Krill Oil supplement—all rich sources of Omega-3s. The concern about Omega-3 deficiency is more relevant to the Standard American Diet (SAD), which tends to be overloaded with Omega-6s—often at a ratio of 1:34 compared to Omega-3s. This imbalance is a major contributor to inflammation. In contrast, the Carnivore Diet typically avoids seed oils (a primary source of Omega-6s), and the fats consumed are far less inflammatory. Seed oils can linger in the body for 8–10 years, so eliminating them is a significant benefit of the diet.
