I started going to Heal Fit shortly after they opened this past January. I'm doing strength training there. Cesar is an excellent coach. The classes are small so I get a lot of his attention. I have gained a lot of strength by going there. It's a nice, well maintained, clean small gym. I highly recommend Heal Fit. Less

This is a fantastic Fitness Center that truly does address both mind and body. Both Cesar and Sway are amazing trainers who support and challenge you to strengthen, increase flexibility and understand how the body works as a whole and in part. If you want to lose weight, they can help you with that too! In addition to all of that, they also have created an incredible vibe within the gym which is simply a pleasure to go in to. Whatever your goals in 2025 and beyond are, Cesar and Sway will help you get there. Less

Life is a journey. Heal Fit is the perfect name for this gym. It's more than a gym for exercising and getting strong. It is a place for healing, head and heart through exercise/movement. I have been with coach Cesar Figueroa for one year and five months. I have arthritis for over 15 years and injuries to my feet and ankles during the pandemic. I was not able to walk or rest without pain in my feet, legs, and body for over two years. I accepted his challenges, and I came in. He has shown me how to move better and what to do at home for self-care. Last Thanksgiving, I was able to walk without shoes. I can pick myself up off the floor and stand on my feet without assistance. My pain level is down by 80%, which is remarkable. You don't have to accept growing old, being in pain, and being unable to move as part of aging. I am 72 years young, and my coach is teaching me how to box. Doesn't that blow your mind? My sessions are usually me laughing. I am tired, but it's a good tired because I am doing what I need to do to improve my health. The second coach is Sway Sandoval. He is an incredible coach. I have observed him coaching athletes and people, building toward better health. If Cesar isn't there or if I have more questions. I can ask Sway. I privately trained with Cesar and found his manner to be kind, welcoming and well-informed. I was a little hesitant about his methods (TBH I called them wackadoo California crap!) but he has a degree in Kinesiology and he shared his impressive fitness background. So I trusted that. And I'm glad I did!. While he improved my fitness, moreso he helped with gym confidence and skills. I recommend Cesar all day, every day. Less
