If you’re looking for a honest company Dalrock is your place. Justin came out and gave our home an inspection and thankfully he was honest and told us we didn’t need any repairs. Most company’s would try to make a sale but they were honest! Definitely give them a call.

Frustrated with the experience we had. Communication is hugely lacking. The upper management relies entirely on their office manager to provide all communication, and if this person isn’t working 24/7, you won’t hear from anyone.We didn’t know until the morning of our repair what time someone would show up. We got zero updates during the repair itself. For all we know, they just dug a hole on the side of our house then filled it back in.It’s been two weeks since our repair was supposedly done, and we’ve not had a final assessment. It’s clear they’ve forgotten about us, so now we have no warranty.My fault for paying these guys when work was complete instead of waiting until all the paperwork was finalized.Don’t bother with this company.
