Our water pump failed at the worst possible time on Friday, and we were incredibly stressed about it! This is the first time I've had to replace a water heater LOL. Despite it being after hours, the team at Shoalhaven Hot Water and Heating responded promptly and came out to assess the situation and provide guidance.They installed our new water heater professionally and efficiently, and the workmanship was excellent. The team was knowledgeable, reliable, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Even took away the older outdated one.Highly recommend — truly professional and exceptional service!

After 24 years service with our old Edwards Rooftop solar HWS I decided to bite the bullet, before it failed and had no HW. Whilst the new Rheem rooftop solar HWS's are not cheap and not so common, they are an excellent product. Shoalhaven HW&H communicated well re supply issues and the install was done professionally and with care, important to an owner built house. We haven't paid for heating water since. It was a stress free & pleasant process dealing with Shoalhaven HW&H. Definitely recommended (unlike previous owners of this business).
