Had the pleasure of stopping by Vasquez Jiu Jitsu and loved it. Diego and Jorge provided a welcoming atmosphere on and off the mat. The instruction was top notch and rebatable to any level athlete. Every member I trained with was respectful and helpful. The room was filled with all types of practitioners from high level competitors to hobbyist.I would recommend any one in the Grand Praire area to stop by Vasquez Jiu Jitsu.

I'm not a member of the gym, but I consider myself extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to train at Vasquez Jiu Jitsu a few times with friends.Jorge and Diego are amazing and dedicated coaches, who truly care about their people. They take a unique approach to training and coaching using modern coaching styles (ecological and constraint lead) to teach their kids and adult classes.I have learned a ton from the guys, and I cannot recommend this gym enough! If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by to see for yourself!

Vasquez Jiu Jitsu has become part of my family's everyday life. The coaches are amazing and have given my daughter the confidence she needed. My BF loves it, he looks forward to every class and they're getting better everyday.. Our niece recently started as well. My daughter has been in this jiu-jitsu program since around April, and the growth I’ve seen in her has been amazing. Before starting, she struggled with kids picking on her at school, which really affected her emotionally. Since joining, her confidence has skyrocketed — she carries herself with so much more grace and patience now.She even competed in her first tournament a few months ago and brought home two medals on her very first try! The coaches here truly care about their students’ progress, both on and off the mat. This is one of the best gyms I’ve had the pleasure to visit in the DFW area. The coaches are top notch, and will 1 on 1 brainstorm/gameplan with you to make sure you’re fully prepared for your competitions. Had gone to another jiu-jitsu place before coming here, and honestly, this one has been the best! The coaches really take the time with the kids and give them so much attention. Even though my son can be pretty silly sometimes 🥴, I’ve seen such a difference in how much he wants to learn and do better. Big thanks to the coaches for working with them so patiently and always keeping us informed in class and through Facebook or Instagram. Overall, my son is really enjoying jiu-jitsu! 🥋💪
