We got in contact with Nancy about our 10 month old westie (Louis) who barked at every noise and was very reactive.Nancy came to our house and gave us lots of advice and tips and made us understand louis behaviour a lot more.With training we can definitely see an improvement with Louis.

I contacted Nancy one evening about my 1-year-old Border Collie, who was absolutely terrified of getting into the car. Once she was inside, she was fine—but getting her anywhere near it was impossible without physically picking her up. Nancy responded quickly and professionally, and we arranged a time for her to visit my home.She spent an hour with us, observing my dog’s behaviour and how I was responding to it. We reached out for support from Bdogcoach as our young adolescent retriever was starting to pull excessively when leaving the house. This was likely due to overstimulation making walks stressful at times. Together over a series of sessions we collaborated with Nancy to expose our lovely golden to the right amount of stimuli and using a variety of lead walking and handling techniques. We were very satisfied with how quickly we progressed and the coaching skills Nancy provided us with. We now walk our Goldie everywhere with little to no bother. The coaching completely transformed our walking experience for both us and our doggy.We would 100% recommend Nancy and Bdogcoach!

Our 4 year old Jackchi Male dogs needed Behavioural help, Nancy quickly identified who was the Alpha (we had it wrong), we started Click and Treat with them which worked amazingly and timing is the key. We worked on socialising in the home and gaining trust and confidence building. Watching Nancy working with the dogs was a privilege explaining what and why as she worked with them - we are now on the right track. Thank You Nancy.

I approached Nancy for help with my very very hyperactive cocker spaniel puppy who gets overstimulated over the smallest thing, especially outside. Nancy listened to our issues and has been providing great advice and support to help combat the overstimulation. Nancy really cares, and is always checking in to see how we’re getting on. Due to Nancy’s recommendations, we’ve started to see some real progress and improvements. It’s a long process but we can see light at the end of the tunnel - thank you Nancy!

Nancy has been amazing in helping us with our dog Meg. She clearly explained the reasons of some of her behaviours which made so much sense. Nancy provided a bespoke set of tasks and training to help with Meg’s pulling on lead which is working progress but a massive improvement already. We are also pleased she can now drop when asked the many things she picks up off floor. saving us a lot of time not having to chase her around the house like a scene off Benny hill 😊. I have been the proud owner of a rescued 2yr old goldendoodle for a few months now. She was very nervous especially of other dogs and as she would be spending Christmas with another dog, we needed help.I contacted Bdogcoach and Nancy agreed to come at very short notice.Nancy observed and then discussed a way forward to lessen anxiety. She then explained counter conditioning approach. She explained reasons very carefully and was extremely professional.Gabby was calming down when near the other dog and went for a walk together.Nancy also showed us how we could address Gabby's impulse control by using high value treats to reward when holding back.We were very pleased with the session and were able to follow Nancy's clear and precise instructions that were sent quickly via text.By Christmas day, although there were initial barks, they were able to spend 12 hours together.
