All costing was transparent with no hidden fees.Decided to go with Mitsubishi Starmex based on durability and availability of parts as well as ease of cleaning.During the installation with Saddam, his team was very quick and worked well ensuring clean surroundings and was able to guide my parents on how to use their Aircon right after installation.I highly recommend them and will call them again if me or my family ever needs new aircon installation.

Actual rating: 4.5 starsService request: Installation of aircon units in my flat, currently occupied with people and furnitureWhat was good: Their contact person, Jason, came for site visit within 24-hours of me contacting him. Installation of aircon started just a few days later, and took only one full day to complete. This was very important for me as my newborn child was getting heat rashes, so having the aircon installed asap was a priority to me - something which I made known to Jason, and which they delivered on. Most appreciated! The installation guys also went the extra mile to install casing to cover the water pipe in the washroom, which made the area look neat and tidy. Again, much appreciated.What could be better: Clean-up was done hastily, leaving pencil markings on my walls and dust everywhere, especially in the toilet leading to the aircon ledge - this is problematic for me because, as I mentioned earlier, I have a newborn baby staying in the house. Casing workmanship also not so good in some areas, leaving some unsightly gaps, and chips/holes here and there.Update: Company offered to come again to patch up the casing.
