Very responsible team.. I did change tube change back in 2024 may and now my air con is leaking.. a different team came for the quarterly cleaning and I highlighted the problem and who did the job before. In 5mins they arrange the old team to come have a look at the leaking issue and recommended solutions.. Less

Bought aircond with them. My valve have problem, requested them for help to take a look, they immediately sent somebody the next day. Some parts were faulty, instead of charging me, they asked me to find the brand agent to claim warranty.Really appreciate their honesty in business.On the side note, I used their servicing aircond services too. I got recommended by my friends to engage aircon uncle and so i install for my parents house 2 unit plus the monthly service from them,so far they have been very professional and amazing,no huddle or what so ever,after maybe a year,i recommended my brother to install aircon by aircon uncle services,he decided to install aircon for his whole house and never regretted since then,i would like to thank the whole team for the awesome services and hopefully to have my upcoming house to be install by them also 👍 Less

Had engaged Aircon Uncle for servicing twice, and there seemed to be no issues until i had engaged them the second time. The 2nd group of servicing guys told me that they were unable to take the blower down to wash as the 1st group had put back the blower wrongly in my LG aircon, causing the blower to be stuck. However, 1 month after the 2nd servicing, my master room aircon started to have knocking sounds and i had asked aircon uncle to come down to check again. Although they had kindly waived off the diagnostic fees, the problem wasnt solved as the knocking sound came back the same night. Thereafter i engaged LG to come down to check and they confirmed that the knocking sound was due to the blower installed wrongly in the first place and if left untouched, it might damage the motor and the whole aircon in future. They had also tried to remove the blower and confirmed that it was unremovable and had to cut the blower in order to remove it. My aircon now no longer has the knocking sounds thanks to the LG technicians but i had to incur a $386.95 charge for the replacement of the blower. Am really disappointed given the numerous rave reviews and would definitely prefer if they could have told me in the first place that they are unfamiliar with LG aircon servicing so that i could have engaged other contractorsUpdate: Vincent from Aircon Uncle had reached out to me and had offered a recourse to me, which i had accepted Less
