Once we set the appointment, Andy showed up promptly, was professional and friendly and explained the entire process. He provided a specific time frame to send the estimate and it was received in that time frame. The estimate seemed fair, compared to others we received. Unfortunately their time frame to start the job was several weeks out and we needed something sooner, so we opted for another company. Their rating is justified! Had several leaks in a 25 year old house. Fearing the worst, called Andy and ask for a diagnosis. He said the roof wasn't too bad and I just needed some resealing and a couple other repairs. It ended up being 1/10th the cost of a new roof, if not less. Asked him when we could get it done, he said a week or two, no problem. Called me the next day and told me he was doing a repair job near me and did I want to get it done immediately, which I did. He shows up on time, his prices are good, and he does what he says he's going to do. You could do a lot worse than Andy and The Roof Sharks! Less
