I would highly recommend Hot Water Express. Their services are affordable. Before choosing them, I called around getting quotes and Hot Water Express is undoubtedly the cheapest but also provides the highest quality service and is very reliable.I needed an emergency water heater replacement. I called Hot Water Express and simply had to send pictures of my water heater unit and they were able to diagnose the issue. This eliminated the need for a home visit and of course was very convenient. While scheduling the visit and discussing logistics, Earl was kind enough to text me during work hours when I was unable to step away from work. The team constantly communicated with me and were very professional and kind when they came to my home. Al, Jeremy and Earl both worked to replace my unit and did a fantastic job. They all took the time to explain to me how the unit worked so I would have at least a baseline understanding of the new installation . They were able to navigate unexpected complications with removal and replacement of the unit and coordinated with my building for a necessary water shut off. They are very knowledgable about their craft and are very diligent . They also cleaned up after they were finished. The team went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their services. I could not have asked for a better team :)

My air conditioner unit was not cooling my home completely. The temperature I set was not maintained. Within three hours service truck was outside. It started to rain, they stayed to complete the job, explaining everything to me and gave me service recommendations. I received a call afterwards concerning the job. I am very, very pleased as well as family.
