I had been experiencing a loud noise from my hot water heater assembly while using my washing machine and running water from more than one faucet at once. It sounded like an unbalanced washing machine load. More intense sounds resembled all the pipes in my walls vibrating against the drywall. I had a particular hot water heater brand in mind. When I contacted three of the leading plumming companies in the area I became annoyed with the sales tactics. I called Ferguson and Northeastern plumming supply for quotes but they don't install. A sales associate at NE recommended HWE. I spoke with Earl several times. He was very professional and provided thorough explanations to my questions. I checked the reviews and decided to give his company my business. I am pleased with the overall communication and quality of work. My issues are resolved. I am completely satisfied with my experience. No more noises...Yay!

Woke up with water in our basement.Earl was able to assess the situation via some photos I texted to him. Al and Jeremy were wonderful and quick with same day install. No other company was able to offer this. They made an awful situation bearable.

I recently had a major water heater issue and hotwater express really came thru for me. They were able to get my old one out and new on installed within three hours, maybe less and it was as if nothing happened. The technicians were very polite and i will definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing and water heater issues.

I met Mr. Earl Washington on Tuesday, he was very professional, polite and easy to talk with. I made an appointment for the next day. He assured me I would pleased. I was very pleased. The team was on time, very polite, did a professional job, hauled the old one away and cleaned up. I did have a question after they left, I called Mr. Washington and he sent a team member to address my concerns immediately. Now that's customer service. I give them 5 out of 5. Highly recommend.
