I recently had a major water heater issue and hotwater express really came thru for me. They were able to get my old one out and new on installed within three hours, maybe less and it was as if nothing happened. I met Mr. Earl Washington on Tuesday, he was very professional, polite and easy to talk with. I made an appointment for the next day. He assured me I would pleased. I was very pleased. The team was on time, very polite, did a professional job, hauled the old one away and cleaned up. I did have a question after they left, I called Mr. Washington and he sent a team member to address my concerns immediately. Now that's customer service. I give them 5 out of 5. Highly recommend.
