I met Mr. Earl Washington on Tuesday, he was very professional, polite and easy to talk with. I made an appointment for the next day. He assured me I would pleased. I was very pleased. The team was on time, very polite, did a professional job, hauled the old one away and cleaned up. I did have a question after they left, I called Mr. Washington and he sent a team member to address my concerns immediately. Now that's customer service. I give them 5 out of 5. Highly recommend. Really excellent service. I needed new water installed immediately and these guys were on the ball. I did shop around to a few other places but this place had the best quality water heater along with the best price. They went extra mile during install and were very clean, courteous, quiet, and quick. Since the install many months ago I’ve had zero issues. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.
