Cool Breeze Heating & Cooling is my new go-to company! William responded almost immediately and checked out my heat pump quickly. Instead of saying, "Sorry, you need a new unit and I can do that for you," he told me I did not need to replace my unit yet but my condenser fan motor was struggling. He saved me thousands of dollars by simply replacing the fan motor. My unit purrs now and I could not be happier. William and his team are honest, very kind & friendly, and very efficient. The cost was much less than I expected and I'll definitely have them install a new unit when that time comes.

William and his team were amazing. He listed everything he said he would do and delivered service above and beyond expectations at a very reasonable price. We have an old house with a very small crawl space. He and his guys replaced all duct work and main/return lines and serviced both of my units. Excellent job and cleanup. He would not quit until the job was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Cool Breeze!
