Had my PS5 vertical for years and started seeing overheating issues. I did some minor cleaning on the inside but didn't get too far into it. Took it here for a professional clean and the repair tech told me the liquid metal coolant had completely burnt out. But she got me going within about an hour. I can't home, plugged it in, turned it on, and the fans were so quiet I couldn't tell it actually was on. Clear sign that thing were super clean. 5/5

They quickly diagnosed the problem with my MSI raider gaming laptop, when the screen died. They ordered the parts and replaced the screen for me quickly and professionally. I had my laptop running perfectly again within a week of ordering services. I will be back again. They do have an $89 for diagnostics that won’t included in the final pricing of the service, but well worth it for a laptop worth over $1,000.Edit 2/26/26: I broke my i-phone 13 and brought it in for them to repair. They replaced my battery and had it fixed within an hour! For a great price too! This is my go to shop in the area for any electronics repairs. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

This place/ Access One is legit…they’re upfront on costs & time to repair ur item. Ms Farrah is a professional, candid and authentic. No only did they repair my HP laptop screen (w/manageable cost), they provided a computer cord/battery when I could find mine, cost free! You can’t go wrong using their services!
