Phil was great! He was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. This is the second time he’s come out for a maintenance issue, and both times he took the time to identify the problem, fix it correctly, and make sure everything was working before he left. I love my home! Adastra are very nice people to rent from! This is my 3rd month here and I love it! I would highly recommend! Things need to be fixed someone is out the very next day to fix things!
