I love to go to training--to have my exercise directed by someone knowledgeable, where I'm not at home (can't look around and see everything I need to do), and get to use cool equipment. It's an hour where someone is focused just on how I'm doing; at the end of it, I'm wonderfully tired and a lot more hopeful about the world. I need to get started with the at-home workouts and nutrition consulting, but maybe yoga, usually three times a week, is pretty good too. I have no comparison, but I believe that what Bryan offers for the rate he does is an excellent deal. 10/10 do it!
