Came in after a workout and George was super helpful in suggesting the right meal and shake pairing for what I just did in my workout. The food was great, the shake was great, and George’s demeanor and attitude was welcoming and knowledgeable. He makes all the food and shakes by hand in front of you, so nothing ultra-processed or bad for you. A hidden gem that I hope continues to blow up.
