Found one of my big Koi passed away at the bottom of my pond and the others didn't look right. I did a google search for pond maintenance and found The Pond Pro's. I saw the good reviews so I gave a call and spoke right away with Mike and he told me to send some photos of my pond along with my details. Shortly after Mike told me he could come over same day ( yay) and service my pond. Right before they arrived another one of my big Koi passed away so I had a pond emergency. Mike and his team showed up and went straight to work! They removed all my fish and put them in a separate pond they set up to acclimate them while they stripped my pond and cleaned everything all up!! Acid water and parasites were the culprit. I was advised more of my fish could pass away because my pond was bad but so far I'm happy to report that I haven't had any more fatalities 2 days later. The crew was great. They were very professional and guided me through everything step by step. Mike was super responsive and I highly recommend them and all the positive reviews stand true. Thanks again guys!
