Found one of my big Koi passed away at the bottom of my pond and the others didn't look right. I did a google search for pond maintenance and found The Pond Pro's. I saw the good reviews so I gave a call and spoke right away with Mike and he told me to send some photos of my pond along with my details. Shortly after Mike told me he could come over same day ( yay) and service my pond. Right before they arrived another one of my big Koi passed away so I had a pond emergency. Mike and his team showed up and went straight to work! They removed all my fish and put them in a separate pond they set up to acclimate them while they stripped my pond and cleaned everything all up!! Acid water and parasites were the culprit. I was advised more of my fish could pass away because my pond was bad but so far I'm happy to report that I haven't had any more fatalities 2 days later. The crew was great. They were very professional and guided me through everything step by step. Mike was super responsive and I highly recommend them and all the positive reviews stand true. Thanks again guys! I thought that I had a problem with the pump that operated my pondless waterfall. I put an inquiry to Th Pond Pros, they returned my request and spoke to me over the phone and gave me suggestions on how to repair the issue I had. It worked. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate. If I ever have another issue, they will be the first ones to call. I highly recommend them for any of your pond issues.

First and foremost Mike is a master at his craft. I have never met anyone that is more knowledgeable or professional when it comes to building ponds and taking care of your koi. I had a complete break in my pump and my check valve. No current check valves were produced that could fit my plumbing so I called The Pond Pros and they walked me through what needed to be done and followed up with videos. The time the putting showed me how professional they are and I was able to do the work around they suggested and it’s all up and running again. I highly recommend them.

Super recommend! Our pond was extremely dirty. It hadn’t been cleaned for over a year. Mike came in with his crew and deep cleaned the entire pond. They even located three fish that surprisingly survived and gave them a new and healthy pond to live in. They even created two little caves with rocks for the fish to hide in the pond. So nice.
