I met with Michael of Selective Appraisal Services to do an appraisal of a property we were considering to sell. The secondary question was whether our planned renovation would return our investment enough to at least break even. We met and Michael walked the property inside and out, took photos and reviewed the construction proposal from our contractor. The report his firm provided is extremely thorough and easy to understand. It provided a market analysis, fact based opinions on what the property would sell as-is and probable selling price if we went forward with the renovations. We made the absolute best choice by selecting Selective Appraisal Services for this project. They exceeded my expectations and were extremely quick so we could make our decisions. 5 Stars for sure.
