Not only was he kind and courteous, but he was also able to squeeze us in during our inspection window after our previous inspector informed us that the company they use was not licensed in Guernsey County for septic inspections. That left us scrambling to find someone else, and Todd really came through for us.Todd’s name says it all, TOTAL Home Inspection. He was able to handle everything at once, including the home inspection, termite inspection, septic inspection, and well inspection. It was such a relief to find someone who could take care of everything in one visit.His inspection report was very thorough, and he took the time to walk through his findings with me over the phone and again with our agent when they arrived at the house.Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire him again if we ever bought another property in the area.

Wouldn’t recommend for a home inspection if you’re the buyer. There were some major concerns (obvious ones at that) that he missed that could’ve caused us serious harm, possibly death in one case. Of course all of the fine print keeps him from being liable. I have no doubt that he is more than capable of doing his job considering all of these other reviews, but we were not so lucky. Would highly recommend him if you simply are seeking a stamp of approval rather than an actual inspection though!

T Total Pest Control & Home Inspections LLC provided outstanding service.A neighboring property in Cambridge, OH experienced a severe roach infestation. After the tenants moved out, the landlord hired a different exterminator who sprayed the entire house. Unfortunately, this caused a massive migration of roaches toward our home. They quickly spread indoors—appearing in nearly every room—and outside on lawn equipment, trash bins, children’s toys, and other surfaces, even in broad daylight. I had never witnessed such a large and aggressive infestation.I contacted Todd, and he was able to respond the same day. He arrived with a clear plan and confidence in his approach. After approximately an hour of thorough treatment—including spraying and placing strategically positioned baits—the roaches were gone and have not returned since.I give this company a 10/10. I’ve already recommended them to several friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Todd was my original home inspector from the house we purchased 6 years ago. I just called him and he came out yesterday and for FREE OF CHARGE, came out and inspected a chimney concern I had for fear of it falling over and for some concern about mold. He basically RE-inspected the whole house for other areas I was concerned of as well. Very very cool guy and extremely friendly fun to be around person. I highly recommend Todd with T total home inspections to anyone!

When paying cash for a home, I learned I do not need to pay all that money to inspect mechanicals I can check myself. I did not expect water, septic, roof, structural, electrical and HVAC to be "beyond the scope of a home inspection."
