Rude all around. Not happy with microneedling results or response from business owner on the phone when I called to explain I wasn't happy with it. Face took months to pucker back up from the sagging it caused.Was not offered a refund or solution, and didn't appreciate the attitude of the esthetician, who has a condescending attitude, suggesting maybe I 'lost weight'. I wouldn't recommend.

I just got my masseter Botox and chin filler on Friday. This is the best med spa I have ever been to! Everyone was so welcoming. I got my plan from Ethna and she gave really good consultation. Save yourself the trip to NYC and just come here! I was anxious about my appointment, but Dr. Dana was so comforting the entire time. I have this little squishy ball and a vibrating thingy to distract my attention. Dr Dana’s skills are top notch and she’s sooo sweet. My face looks so much more balanced and defined and it is really natural. I also rly appreciate how she walked me through every step of the process so I know what’s going on. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I got filler for my chin and masseter botox as a graduation gift. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet! Got a consultation with Ethna- she gives the best plan and just received my treatment with Dr Dana today! Dr Dana is sooo nice. I was really nervous when getting the needle shots but Dr. Dana kept comforting me and putting me at ease. I have this squishy little ball and a vibration thingy on my hands for relaxing. She is so professional! The result is absolutely perfect! The result is crazy 🤩 it is pure magic. Forget going to New York, getting it done right here is the way to go. Her injection skills are amazing. My face looks rly natural and more defined and sculpted. I just loved it.
