Every appointment I would have lazer, decompression and neck stimulate treatments. Also I had home remedies I would have to do. I think that the vitamins I got in the beginning really helped to. Most of us fear that when we finish a program like this that we will end up back where we started and then just decide not to do it at all. The team is very friendly and will answer questions. If you want to get to better health I recommend this program. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I think there needs to be a little more guidance on what to do after you complete and re-enter the real world of temptation. Knowing what a persons calorie intake to maintain weight loss would be very helpful. You can still have some indulgences but a better understanding what quantities are ok without undoing all your hard work. Less
