Working with Paul and the team at MyNina has been such a refreshing experience. We came to them at an incredibly stressful time, right before a major event for our business, when an unexpected issue left our website essentially unusable. I had originally scheduled a meeting with Paul to discuss their marketing services and determine what package would be the best fit for us. Instead of focusing on making a sale, Paul spent our entire meeting, and additional time afterward, helping us troubleshoot the website and figure out what had happened. What has impressed me most so far is the communication. When I have a question or something needs attention, I get a response. As a business owner, especially when there are a million moving pieces, that level of responsiveness and support is invaluable. We are still very early in our relationship with MyNina, so I can’t yet speak to the long-term marketing results, but I can absolutely speak to the level of care, professionalism, and commitment Paul has already shown our business.
